Frongella Teetles, known to most as the infamous Slimy Scourge, and to her closest friends as Jelly, was a Froggo pirate operative working for the SB3C kajidic of the Hutt Cartel as their Treasury Manager and as one of their Territorial Enforcers during the Galactic Cold War.

Little was known about the origin of the Froggo species, let alone Frongella. Her training as an operative left criminals and law-enforcers alike in the galaxy completely mystified; no one knew who the Slimy Scourge was, nor what they looked like. If she wanted a job to succeed, she'd do it silently, bouncily, and with no witnesses, leaving no trace except for her signature trails of slime.

Near the beginning of 11 ATC, Thicc'ky the Hutt, leader of the SB3C, sent Frongella to Rishi to fetch him a souvenir. She was to meet two well-dressed pirates that offered to lead the way to some valuable treasure, as a gesture of good will to the Thicc'ky and the Hutt Cartel. Little did she know that she'd also meet an array of strange, totally-not-slimy-enough individuals, and end up provoking a conflict with the Nova Blades themselves.
